The biggest challenge was buying all the steel material for the RO Building in 2021 when the price of steel was rising dramatically. We bought a lay down yard to bring material in and store it. We use this advantage to remove the stress from rising material costs. Our goal is to procure raw material immediately so that lump sum deals can be made to work. This way ourselves and our customers are not fretting about rising material costs and we can focus on building.
